Mini project to get familiar with Unreal 5 and Sequencer again. It has been a few years since I have used either. I used the Abandoned Factory scans from the Unreal Marketplace. The goal was to come up with a mini section using the modular kits and try utilizing terrain painting and sculpting and foliage tools.
